Removing moisture from the air before it is delivered to your pneumatic tools or machinery is crucial if you want your tools to last long.
Using a Desiccant Filter is a great way to remove all moisture from the air before it gets to your tools.
Desiccant filters require air the pass through the desiccant before it exits the chamber. As the air passes through the desiccant chamber, the air drops in temperature. As the air cools, vapor that might have passed through a Filter/Regulator turns back into liquid and is removed from the air.
Desiccant Filters remove moisture that a Filter/Regulator cannot.
Blue desiccant beads turn pink when they need to be dried. Beads are reusable and easy to dry.
Simply remove the beads and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Place them in your oven at 150 degrees and heat until they turn blue again. Pour them back into the chamber and you are ready to go again. Use the same beads over and over.
Contains .88lbs of reusable desiccant.
Perfect for all pneumatic tools including air tools and larger machinery. Similar filters cost hundred$ or even thou$sands. Ours works great for a fraction of the price.
